Entering incorrect details (email address or password). If you can’t remember your password, use the password recovery feature.
You deleted your profile. If your profile has been deleted, contact customer support at help@corpteamo.com to restore it.

The psychological compatibility test is the first step on the path to meeting your soulmate on Teamo.
After registering, you will have the opportunity to answer a series of questions about your life and what you envision as ideal relationships. We recommend you take your time to complete the test, as it will increase your chances of meeting a suitable partner. Once you finish, Teamo will use the information gathered to find users who can build truly long-lasting relationships with you. We also use the data to create your psychological profile.
If you don’t have enough time to complete the test right now, you can always return to the test and pick up from where you left off. To do so, just click the ""Continue"" button during the testing process. All previously answered questions will be saved.
You can return to the test or retake it at any time. To do this, open your profile, select the ""Psychological Portrait"" tab, and click ""Retake the Test"" at the bottom of the page.

Yes, you can skip the psychological compatibility test and complete it later. To return to the test, go to your profile and select "Psychological Portrait" under your uploaded photo.

Your answers in your profile will be the first impression you make on potential partners, and they will serve as a great starting point for communication. Many of our users have admitted that they don't start a conversation with users who haven't fully completed their profile.
We recommend taking some time to carefully fill out your profile, providing detailed answers to all the questions. Think about and describe important aspects of your personality, as well as your interests that define you.
We also recommend uploading as many photos as possible to give your potential matches a more complete view of what you look like.

To change your name, city, and age, please email us at help@corpteamo.ru. In your email, specify the details you would like to update in your profile. All other information can be edited directly in your profile on your own.

We aim to make Teamo a platform for safe dating and communication. Every user is encouraged to undergo verification and receive the status of a verified user.
By completing Liveness verification, a user informs others that they are real, and their profile is confirmed. We hope that users will actively verify their profiles, reducing the number of dishonest accounts on the site.

To recover your password, you can use the "Recover password?" feature.
You can do this on the main page of the app, or if you are using the web version of Teamo, go to
teamo.ru/reset-password.

User photos must comply with our site’s policy. Images of pets, favorite actors, and cartoon characters will be rejected by the moderator. Additionally, photos of poor quality, where the profile owner is not clearly visible, will also be rejected.

Go to the "Settings" section of your profile on teamo.ru and click on "Delete account." Please select a reason for deletion and leave a comment. This will help us improve our services.
To delete your account on Android, go to "Settings" > "Delete account" and follow the on-screen instructions.
To delete your account on iPhone, go to "Settings," then tap the menu icon (three dots in the top right corner of the screen), select "Delete profile," and follow the on-screen instructions.
After deleting your profile, your information will no longer be accessible to other users.
