How to take the psychological test again?

We understand that your goals, interests and desires can change over time, but unfortunately, at the moment there is no way to retake the test.
If I cannot immediately answer all the testing questions, can I save the results and return to them later?

Yes, you can always return to testing at the stage where you left off. To do this just click on the "Continue" button during testing. All questions answered in the previous step and earlier will be saved. To continue testing, you need to go to your profile via the “Login” link on the main page of the site in the upper right corner and enter the mailing address and password specified during registration.
Why are there so many questions in a psychological test? Can I skip it?

You are unique but how do we and your potential soul mates learn about that without a test? Therefore, it will not work to skip the test, and in order to register on the site, you will need to tell our electronic psychologist in detail about yourself. In addition, you can close the site at any stage of testing and continue testing from the spot you left off any time later
How can I edit my profile?

In the "I am" section, you can edit your profile using the "Edit" link next to the block of information that you want to change.

You can change the partner search settings in the "Settings" section.
How to log in to your profile?

If you have completed the registration completely, then to enter the profile, use the "User Login" link on the main page of the site at the bottom of the registration form. There may be several reasons why you cannot enter your profile:
- entering incorrect data (email address or password). If you cannot remember the password, then use the password recovery function.
- You have deleted your profile. If the profile is deleted, then access to your page on Teamo website is not possible
- Your profile has been blocked by the moderator. The profile may be closed by moderator due to violation of the User Agreement.
Why can’t I upload a photo?

There are some restrictions on the photos uploaded on the site: the minimum photo size is 209x235 pixels, and the maximum size is 10 MB. Check if your photo matches these parameters. These parameters can be found in the image property (by right-clicking on the image in the folder in which it is located). Also your photo can be deleted by moderator. The reasons for the removal can be found in the "User Agreement", but keep in mind that the removal does not occur immediately after downloading.
My photo / profile has been deleted by moderator. For what reason?

Teamo is a serious dating site, so user photos must comply with the policy of our site. Images of pets, favorite actors and cartoon characters will be deleted by moderator. Photos of very poor quality where it is impossible to see clearly the owner of the profile are also rejected. I am married, why can not I use Teamo

When we created Teamo, we spent a lot of time asking people what they would like to get from a dating site that positions itself as a site for a serious relationship. And we constantly heard that lonely people want their potential partners to be completely free from previous relationships. That’s why Teamo service is designed only for people who are not officially married.

If today you do not live with your legal spouse, but are preparing for a divorce, we, unfortunately, cannot provide Your account at Teamo. However, if you are officially divorced, but our system still shows that you are legally married, change the status to single on the Settings tab.
How to delete an account?

To delete an account, go to the "Settings" tab, select the section "Delete account" , and then click the button "Yes, I really want to delete your account" .
In the form that opens, select from the drop-down menu the reason for removal and, if desired, give a detailed comment in an empty field.

If I delete my account, will information about me be visible to other users?

In order to maintain privacy right after you close your account, your profile will no longer be visible in the list of matching users and your message history will disappear from your interlocutors. If in the future you decide to open your account again, all information about you will again be available to other users.
