• What payment methods are available?

  You can pay for a subscription using any of the following methods:
  
  1. Bank card: Choose a plan, enter your card details, and confirm the payment.
  2. SBP (Fast Payment System): Choose a plan, click on "Get code," go to your bank's app on your phone, scan the code with your camera, and confirm the payment.
  3. Social networks: Click on the icon of any social network you use, confirm the login to your profile, and approve the payment.
  
  Subscription purchases are also available in Android and iOS apps.

• How to choose the right plan and determine the payment amount?

  The payment for the selected plan is made in a single transaction for the entire chosen period. The total amount is shown below each plan. The monthly price is provided for comparison purposes, helping you choose the most cost-effective option.
  
  The most advantageous plan is the 12-month subscription — in this case, 1 month of Premium is 75% cheaper than other plans.

• How can users living outside of Russia make a payment?

  The prices for Premium subscription are listed in Russian rubles (RUB).
  The amount you pay will be converted according to the exchange rate of your payment system.
  You can pay for a subscription in foreign currency using a bank card, as well as through our iOS and Android mobile apps.
  Please note that VISA Electron and Maestro cards are not accepted by the payment terminals.

• Why am I unable to make a payment?

  VISA Electron and Maestro cards are not accepted by the payment terminals.
  We recommend checking the selected plan and making sure there are sufficient funds on your card.
  Additionally, contact your bank to clarify the reason for the declined payment — there may be restrictions on online purchases on your account.

• Automatic payment renewal. In which cases (and with which payment methods) is auto-renewal possible, and how can I disable it?

  If you activated a Premium subscription through your profile, it will renew automatically (this is how all subscription services work). This is stated on the subscription purchase screen as well as in the User Agreement.
  You can disable auto-renewal in the “Settings” section (under “Premium Status”).
  If you purchased the subscription directly through iTunes or Google Play, it can only be canceled through those platforms.
  Deleting your profile does not cancel the automatic renewal.
