First the search shows profiles of users based on your criteria.
To edit your criteria:
1. Go to the website.
2. Enter the "Matches" section, then go to "Settings" (the gear icon in the top left corner of the user’s photo).
3. Go to the "Discover" section, then select "Advanced Search."
Please don't forget to save all changes.
When there are no more suitable users, we slightly expand the filter boundaries. Users with an extended age range are separated from the main search.
We recommend fully filling out your profile and answering all the questions. This way, you'll help others get to know you better.

You can change the partner search parameters by using the search filters in the "Matches" and "Discover" sections.

We strive to make Teamo a platform for safe dating and communication. All users are encouraged to undergo Liveness verification. After successfully passing the verification, the user's account receives a blue checkmark, indicating to others that the profile is verified and belongs to a real person. You can see this checkmark under the user's main photo, next to their name and age.

You can send an email to customer support at help@corpteamo.ru, attach the link to the user's profile, and describe your suspicions about them. You can also "Report" the user. To do this, open their profile, click the 3 dots to the right of their photo, and select "Report." In the window that opens, write your suspicions and complaints in detail. Our support team will take action if the complaint is justified.

On each profile, you can see a color indicator that shows the activity level of the user's profile.
Green indicator: The user regularly visits their profile at least once every 24 hours (but this does not mean the user is currently online).
Yellow indicator: The user has not logged into their profile for more than 24 hours.
Red indicator or no indicator: The user has not logged into their profile for more than 3 days.
Additionally, in the "Notifications" section, you can see information about who liked your profile, visited it, or added you to their favorites. To access this information, you need to have a Premium account.

During registration, users may select the wrong gender, so after completing the registration, they are shown partner suggestions of the wrong gender.
